USPS has confirmed that the issue has been resolved. At this time we see full functionality in the Expedited Delivery Services. We continue to closely monitor the situation.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing technical issues with our PB Expedited Delivery Services PRODUCTION environment that may prevent you from using the Create Shipment API of the Expedited Delivery Services.

Failures are being observed for USPS carrier.
There is no ongoing issue with Pitney Bowes systems, though the current carrier-side errors might result in disruption of CreateShipment.
Pitney Bowes Teams are actively working with USPS and we will update as we make progress.
